È un raffinato ed elegante Bed & Breakfast situato all’interno di un palazzo signorile del 1810 completamente ristrutturato, antica sede dei sovraintendenti francesi murattiani. E' a metà del corso principale della città, nel cuore dell'isola pedonale, affianco al Palazzo di Città ed al retrostante giardino botanico. Nonostante la sua posizione centralissima riserva comunque assoluta quiete e silenzio. Due delle suites sono completamente autonome e dotate entrambe di un camino, ed in più si può godere anche del giardino storico privato dotato di tutti i comfort per poter degustare comodamente la colazione o vivere momenti di assoluto relax.
Il Bed & Breakfast offre formule di soggiorno programmato ed itinerante con attività di outdoor sports quali trekking, nordic walking, mountain bike, city bike, kajac, sci alpino e sci di fondo, arrampicata sportiva, ski roller, etc. da praticare a tutti i livelli e durante tutto l’anno in un territorio ricco di montagne, parchi, laghi, e gli antichi percorsi sannitici ancora intatti come i tratturi e siti archeologici unici come il teatro italico di Pietrabbondante o la città monastica carolingia di San Vincenzo al Volturno.
La città è circondata da massicci imponenti e veri paradisi ambientali: il parco cittadino di Monte Vairano è raggiungibile con il bus di città, e le mete naturalistiche (Matese) e storiche (scavi romani di Altilia) sono raggiungibili anche in montain bike. A poco meno di 1 ora di macchina c'è il Parco Nazionale d'Abruzzo, Lazio e Molise e il comprensorio sciistico di Roccaraso e d'estate a 67 km c'è l'imbarco per l'aliscafo per le isole Tremiti. Il territorio è quindi prevalentemente montuoso e quasi interamente ricoperto da foreste e boschi che dominano il paesaggio. Chi viene per la prima volta in Molise si accorge subito che più che una regione geografic è soprattutto una regione dell’anima che più la si scopre, più affascina.
